For those of you driving to the event, we have secured parking at the University of New Hampshire - Manchester campus at 88 Commercial St. Shuttle service will be provided between the parking lot and the Technology Center Auditorium at 400 Commercial St. Registration will be located in the auditorium and will open at 8:00AM on Thursday January 4th. If you will require any special assistance or accommodation during the Summit please let us know.

ARMI has arranged for discounted lift tickets for all Summit attendees at Pat's Peak, located in Henniker, NH and Waterville Valley in Waterville Valley NH. Purchasing information will be provided to registered attendees.

Hotel Information

If you will be staying overnight while attending the 2018 Winter Summit, ARMI has made arrangements with the Radisson Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in downtown Manchester for a discounted room rates.

Reservations for the Radisson can be made using one of the following methods:

The rate is $123.00 plus 9% tax per night. For guests who elect to book under the Government Rate, please be advised, proper ID is required at check-in.

The Radisson Hotel has an attached parking garage and the discounted rate is $12.00 per vehicle, per night for overnight guests and charged directly to your guestroom. Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. After that, a minimum one night fee is charged.
